We collect details such as project site locations, electrical load requirements, and contact profiles. This data is essential for accurate load calculation and safety compliance.
All technical diagrams, wiring layouts, and commercial agreements remain strictly confidential. We do not share your site blueprints with third-party vendors without explicit consent.
Your contact data is used for project updates, emergency service alerts, and safety inspection reminders to keep your electrical systems running smoothly.
All services are performed based on the approved estimate. Any on-site additions or changes in wiring architecture will be treated as a separate work order.
Clients must ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians. Maruti Electrical reserves the right to stop work if hazardous conditions are found at the site.
We only use ISI-marked materials for safety. If a client insists on providing their own materials, Maruti Electrical will not be liable for equipment failure or fire hazards resulting from those components.
Payments are scheduled as per project milestones: 40% initial mobilization, 40% upon rough-in completion, and 20% upon final testing and commissioning.
We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty on all wiring and installations. This covers loose connections or improper mounting performed by our team.
Warranties on switches, wires, MCBs, and lighting fixtures are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g., Polycab, Havells). We assist in the claim process but do not bear direct product liability.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. For hardware orders, returns are accepted within 7 days if the items are unused and in original packaging. Labour charges for partially completed work are non-refundable.
The warranty is voided if any third-party electrician modifies the circuits installed by us or if damages occur due to natural disasters or external grid failures.
